The petitioner has been in custody since 10.12.2017 in connection with Kasimbazar P.S. Case No. 317 of 2017 for the offence registered under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been arrested merely on suspicion and there is no recovery of any stolen article from his conscious possession. It is further submitted that the motorcycle on which the alleged culprits had fled away has also not been recovered.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.5725 of 2018 (2) dt.02-02-2018 bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Munger in connection with Kasimbazar P.S. Case No. 317 of 2017 corresponding to G.R. No. 3231 of 2017.
