2. The petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 341, 342, 307, 504, 506 and 34 of the IPC and 27 of the Arms Act in connection with Mairwa P.S. Case No.158 of 2024.

3. In the nature of allegation as alleged in the FIR and also considering that petitioner has antecedents of eleven criminal cases, the Court is not inclined to extend the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner, as informant alleges that on account of election dispute he was intercepted by the accused persons and petitioner on video call gave orders to kill when Lucky Tiwari fired causing injury on backside of his head, thereafter, Mukesh and Vikash also fired but missed and further

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.53939 of 2024(2) dt.14-08-2024 2/2 from the place of occurrence cartridges were recovered.
