This is an application for regular bail in connection with Mirganj P. S. Case No. 214 of 2017, G.R. No. 3040 of 2017 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302, 120B and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Informant is the uncle of the deceased who in his written complaint has stated that his nephew Vijay Yadav was running a recording studio in the name and style of Maa Series at Sanichra Baba, Hathwa and used to come and go to Studio from his house. On 17.8.2017 at about 9-50 P.M. he received information that his nephew was shot dead near Busdilah at Hathwa Kussaudhi Pitch Road. Thereafter, he along with villagers went there and found his nephew lying dead in a pool of blood, who has sustained two firearm injuries, one on his
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.14029 of 2018(3) dt.05-04-2018 2/2 chest and the other on his head and his laptop and cash were also missing. Name of petitioner has surfaced in this case on the basis of confessional statement of co-accused Anurag Singh. Except confessional statement there is no incriminating material against petitioner. He is in custody since 12.12.2017. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let above named petitioner be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned ACJM-XVI, Gopalganj in connection with Mirganj P.S. Case No. 214 of 2017 , G.R. no. 3040 of 2017.
