Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 376 of IPC. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner forcibly made sexual relation with the petitioner. It is also alleged that this petitioner created fake ID of the victim and uploaded obscene videos on the Facebook account.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. He is a student of Vikrant Institutes of Technology and Management, Gwalior. Petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. Only with a view to pressurize the petitioner and to extract money this false case has been filed against the

Learned counsel appearing for the State opposes the prayer for bail.

Considering the aforesaid facts of the case, and the nature of allegation, prayer for bail of the petitioner is refused with direction to the petitioner to surrender and seek regular bail, which would be disposed of on its own merit without being prejudiced by this order.
