The petitioner is accused in connection with Harpur (Tarapur) P.S. Case No. 22 of 2013 registered under Sections 452 and 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, in fact, petitioner is the nephew (Bhagina) of the deceased, Naresh Mishra, who was issueless, and only to grab his property petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case, except suspicion there is nothing against the petitioner. It is further submitted that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 17.06.2014. Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner above named, is directed to be released on

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.52199 of 2015 (3) dt.18-02-2016 bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the J.M. Ist Class, Munger, in connection with Harpur (Tarapur) P.S. Case No. 22 of 2013. Out of two sureties, one surety must be the close relative of the petitioner.
