2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Complaint Case No. 1186 of 2022, initially registered for the offences punishable under Sections 498A, 323, 379, 504, 307, 375, 377 of the Indian Penal Code and 3⁄4 of D.P. Act and later on, cognizance has been taken under Sections 323, 342, 354(C), 498(A) of the IPC and 3⁄4 of D.P. Act.
3. This matrimonial dispute was referred to Patna High Court Mediation and Conciliation Center for exploring the possibility amicable solution of the matrimonial relation between the parties.
4. The report of learned Mediator is available with the record, which shows that all the disputes were resolved between the
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.50240 of 2023(4) dt.13-12-2023 2/2 parties.
5. Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks before the learned court below, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Complaint Case No. 1186 of 2022, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
