2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Kateya P.S. Case No. 200 of 2025, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 118(1), 109,
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.50669 of 2025(2) dt.11-08-2025 2/3 352, 351(2) and 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.
3. Allegedly in the night of 11.04.2025 while a program of Milad Sharif was going on and in the mean while, on account of disconnection of the electricity, when the informant's son went to verify the reason for power cut, all the FIR named accused persons apprehended him and brutally assaulted. It is specifically alleged that co-accused Ashiq Yadav has assaulted the informant's son by means of iron rod, due to which he sustained head injury.

Learned Advocate appearing on behalf of the petitioners submitted that there is omnibus nature of allegation against all the FIR named accused persons, including the petitioners, except one Ashiq Yadav, who is not before this Court. In fact, on account of a trifle, both the parties have entered into a scuffle, due to which the son of the informant has sustained injury. The petitioners have absolutely fair antecedent and they undertake before this Court that they would not indulge in such activity in future.
5. On the other hand, learned Advocate for the State opposed the pre-arrest bail application and submits that the petitioners have actively participated in the crime.
6. Having considered the submissions set forth and

No.50669 of 2025(2) dt.11-08-2025 3/3 the materials available on record, as also the omnibus nature of allegation against the petitioners coupled with their fair antecedent, let the petitioners above named be released on bail, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, upon furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate VI, Gopalganj in connection with Kateya P.S. Case No. 200 of 2025, subject to the conditions laid down in Section 482(2) of the Bharatiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 with the further condition that one of the bailors shall be the own/close family members of the petitioner.
