Mr. APP ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE ASHUTOSH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 09-12-2022 Heard Mr. Ajay Kumar Tiwary, learned Advocate for the petitioner and the learned APP for the State.

The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Rajiv Nagar P.S. Case No. 20 of 2021 dated 17.01.2021 instituted for the offence under Sections 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner has not been named in the FIR but he has been remanded in this case on the basis of his confession in another case. He has not been put on TIP and nothing appears to have been recovered from his possession.

The petitioner is in custody since 20.01.2021. According to the learned counsel for the petitioner, the trial of the petitioner has not yet begun.

No.50049 of 2022(2) dt.09-12-2022 2/2 Considering all above noted arguments, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-III, Patna in connection with Rajiv Nagar P.S. Case No. 20 of 2021.

While saying so the Court has taken note of the fact that the petitioner was earlier made accused in two cases of similar nature but in those cases, he has been granted bail.
