Learned counsel for the opposite party submits that in compliance of the direction issued by the Writ Court dated 14.3.2016 the opposite party has passed reasoned order. Considering the fact that opposite party has already passed reasoned order in compliance of the direction issued by the Writ court no further indulgence is required. However, liberty shall be available to the petitioner to challenge the decision of the opposite party in accordance with
