ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 24-10-2019 On 03.04.2019, the court of 1st Additional Sessions Judge, East Champaran, Motihari had prayed for six months' time to conclude the trial of NDPS Case No.91 of 2017. Again on 31.08.2019, another letter has been sent praying for another six months, so that the case may be concluded. It appears that the court of Shri Hasmuddin Ansari, 1st Additional Sessions Judge, East Champaran, Motihar has not addressed himself to the order dated 17.04.2018 passed in Cr.Misc. No.21736 of 2018, whereby the court had been directed to expedite the trial and preferably conclude the same within a period of one year. Obviously, the court is not interested in expediting the same, which is being seriously taken by this Court.

Let the trial of the case proceed on day to day basis
