2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Section 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

3. As per F.I.R., total 375 liters & 400 ml. of illicit country-made liquor has been recovered from two seized motorcycles and petitioner alongwith three other persons fled away after seeing the police party.

4. Considering the recovery of huge quantity of illicit liquor, the prayer for anticipatory bail of petitioner is rejected. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) anay U T
