Petitioner apprehends her arrest in connection with Sonbarsa P.S. Case No.111 of 2021, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 363, 366(A) and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 8 of the POCSO Act.

The petitioner and other co-accused persons are said to have kidnapped the daughter of the informant for the purpose of marriage.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. The petitioner has got no criminal antecedent as stated in paragraph-3 of the bail application. It is further submitted that a co-ordinate Bench of this Court in Criminal

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.50072 of 2022(2) dt.08-12-2022 2/2 Writ Jurisdiction Case No.992 of 2021 has directed to release the victim in favour of her husband, namely, Ram Kumar. Learned APP for the State opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner.

Considering the fact that no specific allegation is alleged against the petitioner, let petitioner, above named, in the event of her arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-IV, Sitamarhi in connection with Sonbarsa P.S. Case No.111 of 2021, subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
