The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307 and 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The prosecution case is that in the background of dispute with regard to the wages the petitioner caused injury with knife on the abdomen of the informant. The petitioner and his wife also took away rupees thirty thousand of the informant.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that for non-payment of the due wages the accusation has been levelled.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.4263 of 2016 (2) dt.30-01-2016 2/2 Considering the nature of accusation, let the learned court below consider the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner, if the petitioner surrenders before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today in connection with Riga P.S.
