2. This application is filed for grant of regular bail in connection with Jamui P.S. Case No. 179 of 2023 registered under Section 399, 402 of the Indian Penal Code and under section 25(1-B)A, 26, 35 of Arms Act.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is recovery of one country made pistol and one live cartridge. The petitioner is in custody since 20.03.2023. The petitioner has four antecedent.

4. Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

5. Considering the period of custody, this application for regular bail is allowed.

6. Let the petitioner above named be released on bail after completion of one year in custody on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jamui in connection with Jamui P.S. Case No. 179 of 2023.

7. The petitioner will visit Jamui police station on the first Sunday of each month. Any default in appearance at the police station could be result in cancellation of the bail bond of the petitioner.
