JUSTICE VIKASH JAIN ORAL ORDER 17-02-2016 The present modification application has been filed for correction in the name of petitioner's husband in the order dated 29.10.2015 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 10534 of 2015.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the name of the petitioner's husband was inadvertently mentioned as Mr. Pandit Raj Kumar in place of the correct name Rajesh Kumar in the Cause Title of the writ petition and as such the same was carried in the order dated 29.10.2015.

3. In the above view of the mater and as prayed, learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to make correction in the Cause Title of the writ petition no. 10534 of 2015 by substituting the name of the petitioner's husband as Rajesh Kumar in place of Mr. Pandit Raj Kumar in course of the day.

4. Consequently, the order dated 29.10.2015 passed in

Patna High Court MJC No.499 of 2016 (2) dt.17-02-2016 C.W.J.C. No. 10534 of 2015 be read as modified to the above extent.
