2.The petitioner is named in the F.I.R. and apprehending her arrest in connection with Jagdishpur P.S. Case No. 46 of 2023 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per FIR, named co-accused including this petitioner assaulted the husband of the informant by using bricks, lathi, rod etc. causing head and bodily injuries due to which the husband of the informant subsequently died.

4. It is submitted by learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner that the allegation against this petitioner is very general and omnibus qua physical assault and she has been implicated only being relative/ wife of the main co-accused person who is the male members of the family and involved in the occurrence. Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.48182 of 2025(3) dt.28-11-2025 2/2 that above named petitioner is a lady of clean antecedent. 5 Learned APP duly assisted by learned counsel for the informant while opposing the prayer of bail submitted that petitioner was actively involved during the occurrence.

In view of aforesaid factual submission and by taking note of fact as allegation of physical assault against petitioner is very general and omnibus in nature, accordingly petitioner above-named, in the event of her arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks, is directed to be released on bail, furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned ACJM 1st Bhojpur at Ara /concerned Court, where the case is pending in connection with Jagdishpur P.S. Case No. 46 of 2023, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C/ Section 482(2) of BNSS.
