2. The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 30(a), 30(D) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

3. After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw this application.

4. Permission is granted.

5. Accordingly, this application is dismissed as withdrawn.

6. However, if the petitioners surrender before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today and
