JUSTICE RAJEEV RANJAN PRASAD ORAL ORDER 23-08-2022 Learned counsel for the petitioner is directed to remove all the defects pointed out by the office. Petitioner in the present writ application seeks the following reliefs:- a) To direct the respondent for proper investigation in Jairampur P.S. case no. 31/2021 dated 01.09.2021 for the alleged offence under section 30 (a) of Excise Act and 272,273 of Indian Penal Code,

Patna High Court CR. WJC No.1167 of 2021(2) dt.23-08-2022 2/2 b) To direct the respondents to gather C.C.T.V footage, date and time of seizure list, FIR and if found discrepancy, to take appropriate action against he concern police personnel.

c) To grant some other reliefs which the petitioner legally entitled.

Let the petitioner file a representation to the Superintendent of Police, Sheikhpura which will be considered by the Superintendent of Police, Sheikhpura and appropriate directions shall be issued to the I.O. to investigate the matter. This Court has been given to understand that the investigation is still pending.

Let such consideration be given by the Superintendent of Police, Sheikhpura within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order. This application stands disposed of accordingly. Certified copy of the order will be made available only after removal of the defects.
