JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 15-12-2022 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 307, 379 and other sections of Indian Penal Code.

As per prosecution case, this petitioner is alleged to have instigated and caused injury on the head of the informant by means of daab.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case due to land dispute. Petitioner is gotiya of the informant and this false and concocted case has been lodged by the informant to save her skin from the counter case Ekma P. S. Case No. 320 of 2021 which was lodged by the petitioner against the informant and others. Injury allegedly caused by the

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioner in the event of her arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of thirty days from the date of receipt/production of copy of this order, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-I, Saran at Chapra in Ekma P.
