JUSTICE SAMARENDRA PRATAP SINGH ORAL ORDER 22-01-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner, who is a Juvenile, is an accused in Mairwa P.S. Case No. 15 of 2013 (G.R. No. 383 of 2013) under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

The informant alleged that 3-4 persons came in the liquor shop, out of them one opened fire, killing his friend Mukesh Kumar Gupta, who was working in his licensee liquor shop. The informant subsequently gave the name of the persons, as Vikash Singh, who fired on Mukesh Kumar Gupta.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been declared juvenile and he has not been named in the F.I.R. The petitioner is in custody since 07.08.2013. In the facts and circumstances of the case, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner for the present. However, the
