2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has filed a representation before the respondent no.3 (The Circle Officer, Sasaram) for mutation of the land
Patna High Court CWJC No.4003 of 2021(3) dt.16-07-2024 2/2 appertaining to Khata No. 57, Khesra No. 2759, area 6 acre 87 decimal situated in Mauza- Sikariya, Thana No. 120 and Khata No.57, Khesra No. 2826, Area 1 acre 35 decimal situated in Mauza-Sikariya, Thana No.120.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that on the basis of the compromise decree, the aforesaid land in question has been given in favour of the petitioner but despite the representation filed before the respondent no.3, the respondent no.3 has not taken any action for mutation of the land in question in favour of the petitioner.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner is directed to file a fresh representation along with relevant documents before the respondent no.3 and respondent no.3 is directed to take a decision on the representation of the petitioner and dispose of the same within a period of three months from the date of the filing of such representation/application in accordance with law.
5. Petitioner and private respondent shall cooperate with respondent no.3.
6. With the aforesaid direction, this writ petition is disposed of.
