03.02.2015 The Petitioners seek quashing of the order of cognizance dated 26.04.2011 passed by the Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Katihar in C.A. Case No. 351 of 2011. Considering that the Petitioners seek quashing on disputed questions of fact which can not be gone into at this stage, I am not inclined to interfere in the matter. The application is dismissed.

The Trial Court is directed to expedite the trial and conclude the same without granting unnecessary adjournment to any party.

The Complainant undertakes that she will produce all the witnesses on the relevant dates.
