Learned counsel for the petitioners on being queried about the clarification of the amendment petition seeks permission to withdraw this civil miscellaneous petition with liberty to file a fresh amendment petition in the court below mentioning the facts that during the pendency of the suit, the State of Bihar corrected the map and areas of plot numbers, the subject matter of the suit. Accordingly, this civil miscellaneous petition is disposed of with the aforesaid liberty and if such petition is filed, the learned court below shall consider the amendment petition of the petitioner on its own merit without being prejudiced from the order of this Court.
