Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that as the petitioner No.2 AwadheshYadav @ Abhadesh Yadav has been apprehended and petitioner nos. 1 and 2 have already been arrested earlier and their cases have been withdrawn vide order dated 15.09.2014 therefore this application as a whole has become infructuous and as such seeks to withdraw this application. In that view of the matter, this application is permitted to be withdrawn having become infructuous.
