Following reliefs have been sought for in the present writ application on behalf of the petitioner: "For issuance of writ in the nature of certiorari for quashing the letter bearing Memo No. 822 dated 04-05-2016 issued by respondents the District Programme Officer, Sarv Shiksha Abhiyan, Banka by which directed to the petitioner to deposit worth of Rs. 6,62,937/- (Six lac sixty two thousand nine

Patna High Court CWJC No.13285 of 2017 (2) dt.20-08-2018 hundred thirty seven) with interest through cheque to the name of Bihar Education Project, Banka otherwise Departmental proceeding shall be initiated and shall be lodged FIR against you without asking show cause or without any giving opportunity for hearing and further issue direction to the respondents to consider the case of the petitioner as she has completed worked in the year, 2006-07, 2010-11 and 2014-15 as allotted fund, same was verified at relevant time and has no complain against petitioner and further issued direction to respondents to measure the works made by petitioner in his presence and further issued direction respondents to consider the case of petitioner as she filed application and further give other legal consequential benefits to the petitioner".

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that for redressal of her grievance, the petitioner has filed a representation vide Annexure-6 to this application before the District Education Officer, Banka (respondent No. 5). It has further been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the said representation is still pending.
