In this case, the petitioner is seeking anticipatory bail in connection with Bathnaha P.S. Case No. 58 of 2019, registered for the offence under Sections 304B and 201 of the Indian Penal Code.

A complaint case was filed, which was converted as Police case. Allegation has been made that on account of nonfulfillment of demand of dowry, the daughter of the informant has been killed by the accused persons.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is the Phupha of the husband of the deceased.

Case no. 58 of 2019, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
