The petitioner is in jail since 26.8.2021 in connection with Chautarwa P.S. Case no. 172 of 2020 lodged under Sections 323, 324, 325, 341, 379, 307 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegations against the petitioner amongst other is that of giving knife blow on the chest of the informant. Allegations against other accuseds persons are of giving injury on the neck as also removing Rs 11000/- from his pocket. Injury report has been brought on record and the Doctor has opined that same to be simple in nature. Charge sheet has been submitted in the case. Taking into account the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Chautarwa P.S. Case no. 172 of 2020 to the satisfaction of Addl.

(i) the Trial court shall satisfy itself on the criminal antecedents of the petitioner prior to his release on bail; (ii) one of the bailor should be the family member of the petitioner, who shall provide official document to show his/her bona fide;

(iii) the petitioner shall appear before the concerned police station every fortnight for next six months to mark his presence; With the aforesaid observation, the bail application is allowed.
