JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 27-10-2015 Heard the counsel for the petitioners and counsel for the State.

The petitioners are languishing in jail since 02.07.2015 and 18.06.2015 respectively in a case instituted under Sections 304(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per allegation, it is a case of murder of informant's married daughter, namely, Soni Devi due to non-fulfilment of demand of dowry by the accused persons.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioners that the petitioners are in custody since 02.07.2015 and 18.06.2015 respectively. Chargesheet has been submitted in the case. There is no allegation of tampering of evidence against the petitioners. Petitioner no.1 is the father-in-law of the deceased and petitioner

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.40368 of 2015 (3) dt.27-10-2015 no.2 is the mother-in-law of the deceased. Petitioners are separate in mess and property from the husband of the deceased. Husband of the deceased is in custody.

On behalf of the State, it has been submitted that the petitioners are named in the FIR.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioners be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned CJM, Darbhanga in connection with Simri P.S.Case No.57 of 2013 (G.R.No.1442 of 2013).
