The petitioner is in custody in connection with Gandhi Maidan P.S. Case No. 138 of 2019 for the offenses under Sections 25 (1-B)A, 26, 35 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in the instant case one loaded country made pistol and 8 cartridges was recovered from the possession of the petitioner. The petitioner is in custody since 19.03.2019.

Considering the fact that the petitioner has remained in the judicial custody for nearly six months, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.
