2. This is an application for regular bail on behalf of the petitioner for the offences alleged under Sections 379 and 411 of the Indian Penal Code registered in connection with Aurangabad Town P.S.Case No. 400 of 2024.

3. As per allegation, the informant in course of investigation of another case, noticed a miscreant riding a cycle. He was asked to halt, but started beating a hasty retreat. The informant, however, managed to overpower him. From his possession, an old iron engine and a Samsung mobile phone were recovered.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.52249 of 2024(2) dt.01-08-2024 2/2 that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. No objectionable material has been recovered from his possession. He carries no criminal antecedents.

5. Considering the above facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above-named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned CJM, Aurangabad in connection with Aurangabad Town P.S. Case No. 400 of 2024, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall cooperate in the disposal of trial and make himself available as and when required by the court.
