The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Raniganj P.S. Case No. 35 of 2014 registered for the offence under Sections-147, 341, 323, 504, 325, 324, 379 of the Indian Penal Code and Section-27 of the Arms Act.

Taking note of the allegation, levelled against the petitioner as well as nature of injury sustained by the informant, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on anticipatory bail and accordingly, his prayer for anticipatory bail in connection with Raniganj P.S. Case No. 35 of 2014 pending in the court of Sri Sanjay Singh, J.M. Ist Class, Araria/concerned court stands rejected.

However, if the petitioner surrenders in the court below

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.31964 of 2014 (2) dt.02-02-2015 and seeks regular bail, this order shall not cause any prejudice to the learned court below at the time of consideration of regular bail application of the petitioner.
