This is a petition for grant of regular bail for offence under Sections 341, 342, 323, 448, 379, 354(a), 307 and 504 of the Penal Code.

The allegation against the petitioner to have assaulted by lathi causing injury on the head of the informant. However, the injury report suggests that though the injury (i) is sharp wound, left side of the head 9 cm long, is shown to be simple and injury no. (ii) though on the head, 5 cm long,, but, the same found to be simple.

Hence, having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case and the injuries, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Kursakanta (Sonamani Godam) P.S. Case No. 102 of 2015 to the satisfaction of Sri A.V.D. Dubey, Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Araria.
