After making submissions at some length, Counsel for the petitioners sought permission of the Court to withdraw the application enabling the petitioners to make application under Section 10 of the Clinical Establishments (Registration and Regulation) Act, 2010 before the appropriate/competent authority and the Rules framed thereunder by the State of Bihar called Bihar Clinical Establishments (Registration and Regulation) Rules, 2013 for consideration in accordance with law.
