The petitioner has been arrested in connection with Mithanpura P.S. Case No. 117 of 2015 registered under Sections 307, 143, 323, 333, 337, 338, 353 and 120(B) of Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that on similarly situated case other co-accused person has been granted bail by this Court and the case of the petitioner is on similar footing. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the above named petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the SubDivisional Judicial Magistrate, (East) Muzaffarpur, in connection with Mithanpura P.S.Case No. 117 of 2015.
