Patna High Court CWJC No.13254 of 2014 dt.22-09-2016 amendment in the plaint which has been allowed by the court below. This Court finds from the submissions made on behalf of the petitioners that the opportunity has been allowed to the petitioners to file additional written statement in the order by which the prayer for amendment of the plaint has been allowed.
It goes without saying that the defendant-petitioners would be at liberty to file additional written statement, if not filed already in the view of the amendment made in the plaint. The application is, accordingly, disposed of with the aforesaid liberty.
