2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Singheshwar P.S. Case No. 16 of 2026 registered for the offences punishable under sections 25(1B)(a), 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is a young person bearing no criminal antecedent and his name surfaced in the statement of co-accused person, namely Bijendra Kumar, and except this there is no material to show his involvement in the commission of the alleged occurrence and as per the prosecution, three persons were found in suspicious condition, out of them, one was apprehended while two others managed to escape and the petitioner was among those who managed to escape.

4. Learned APP for the State opposes the prayer of the petitioner.

Considering the above submissions as well as the facts and circumstances of this case, coupled with petitioner's young age, his fair and clean antecedent and the basis of his implication in the alleged occurrence, I am inclined to grant the relief of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, let the petitioner named-above, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Court concerned in connection with Singheshwar P.S. Case No. 16 of 2026, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 482(2) of the BNSS.
