This is a petition for grant of regular bail for offence under Section 47(A) of the Excise Act with regard to recovery of 115 liters of liquor. The petitioners are in jail since 07.09.2015. Hence, having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioners, above named, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Mahua P.S. Case No. 471 of 2015 to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur. (Gopal Prasad, J) SA/- U √ T √
