For the Petitioner/s : Mr. Radha Mohan Pathak For the Opposite Party/s : Mr. T.P.Mandal(App) ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE JUSTICE SMT. ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 08-04-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.

The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The allegation against the petitioners is that they have set on fire the deceased in the house of the sister of the deceased. It has been submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that the entire story is quite farfetched and the names of these petitioners have been brought up only on the ground of land dispute. It is further submitted that the petitioner No. 1 was a witness in the sale-deed executed in favour of one Rajia Devi (petitioner No. 3) by the brother of the deceased.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.3511 of 2016 (4) dt.08-04-2016 P2/2 Learned counsel for the appearing on behalf of the State, however, submits that Ranju Devi who was the sister has seen them coming out from her house at the time of occurrence. Considering such facts and circumstances, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to these petitioners in connection with Forbesganj P.S. Case No 592 of 2015. It is accordingly rejected.
