ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 01-02-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State. The petitioner is in custody since 04.01.2018 in connection with Barauli P.S. Case No.05 of 2018 registered for the offence under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Excise Prohibition Act, 2016.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is merely the Driver of the vehicle in which the alleged recoveries are said to have been made. He, thus, submits that the petitioner may be released on bail. Considering the nature of allegations made against the petitioner, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand)
