The petitioner prays for grant of regular bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under section 121 and other ancillary sections of the Explosive Substance Act and section17andother sections of the UAP Act.

As per the prosecution case, petitioner used to assist other accused persons in manufacturing the arms. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case.
