The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.
It is alleged that the informant's driving licence, documents of vehicle and one hundred and fifty rupees were robbed. During investigation Vikky Yadav was apprehended who disclosed the name of the present petitioner and Sonu Kumar. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that there is no recovery from the petitioner. Statement has been made in paragraph 3 of the petition that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.4656 of 2016 (2) dt.04-02-2016 2/2 The aforesaid facts constitute ground for consideration of the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner by the learned court below in case the petitioner surrenders within six weeks from today in connection with Chewara P.S. Case No.36 of 2015 pending in the court of learned SDJM, Sheikhpura. This application is disposed of with the aforesaid observation/direction.
