JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 22-02-2019 Having regard to the limited jurisdiction the Court is not inclined to proceed any further and the Court cannot expand the jurisdiction and issue further or fresh direction in exercise of contempt jurisdiction. In view of the judgment passed by the Apex Court reported in (2006)1 SCC 613 Union of India and Ors. Vs. Subedar Devassy and (2014) 3 SCC 373. However, liberty shall be available to the petitioner to challenge the decision taken by the opposite party in accordance with law. With the aforesaid, the present contempt application stands disposed of.
