JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 05-09-2019 It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that during pendency of the present application filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India challenging the order dated 15.04.2019 passed by the Munsif-2nd, Bhagalpur in Title Eviction Suit No.18 of 2016, the final judgment has already been passed by the learned Munsif on 22.08.2019. In that view of the matter, he submitted that the application has become infructuous.
