2.This petition has been filed for modification/correction of order dated 21.6.2023, passed in Cr.Mis.No. 19770/2023, as there are certain inadvertent mistakes in this order.

3. Let the first paragraph of said order be read as 'This application has been filed for restoration of Cr.Mis.No. 70840 of 2022, which stood dismissed due to non-prosecution.' in place of 'This application has been filed for restoration of Cr.Mis.No. 70840 of 2022, which stood dismissed due to noncompliance of peremptory order dated 04.01.2023.'

4. Further, last paragraph of the said order reading as 'Subject to the condition that the requisites would be filed by the petitioner within 2 weeks from today' is recalled, as the same has been typed out in the order by mistake.

5. Modification petition is thus allowed with above correction in order dated 21.6.2023, passed in Cr.Mis.No. 19770/2023.
