Re.: Civil Review No. 170 of 2016 The application is for review of the order passed by the Division Bench of this Court on 10th August, 2011. Under the guise of review, learned counsel for the applicant wishes to re-argue the matter.
We do not find any error apparent on record which warrants review of the order passed by a Division Bench of this Court in Letters Patent Appeal No. 1278 of 2010.
