The petitioner seeks a direction, commanding the respondents, to allow her to inspect her checked answer sheets of M.A. in Social Works Examination (201315), held by Patna University, Patna. From the pleadings on record, it appears that the petitioner had applied for scrutiny of two papers, i.e. Human Resource Management (402) and Industrial Relations (403), after depositing requisite fee. It further
Patna High Court CWJC No.1913 of 2016 (2) dt.06-04-2017 2/2 appears that on scrutiny, the University decided to enhance her marks in the paper of Industrial Relations (4030 by 02 (two). The University, however, did not find any reason to accept the plea of the petitioner for enhancing her marks in the other paper, i.e. Human Resource Examination (402). This is not in dispute that there is no provision for re-evaluation or rechecking of the answer sheet(s). I am also of the view that no gross case is made out which could have necessitated this Court to call for the answer sheets. The grievance of the petitioner has, to some extent, been redressed as her case has been considered by the University. No further relief can be granted in the present proceeding.
This application is disposed of.
