Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of Arms Act.
The FIR of the occurrence of murder is against unknown. During investigation, some witnesses stated before the police that the petitioner alongwith four others were noticed fleeing from the place of occurrence. Considering the nature of material against the petitioner, in my view, he deserves bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.14502 of 2018 (2) dt.14-03-2018 amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Muffasil Police Station Case No.517 of 2017, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
