JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 09-03-2016 The present application has been filed for modification of the order dated 04.09.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 21109 of 2015 to the extent that the period of surrender of the petitioner in the court below may be extended.

Vide order dated 04.09.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 21109 of 2015, the petitioner was granted anticipatory bail in connection with Complaint Case No. 311 of 2013, pending in the court of the learned S.D.J.M., Bhagalpur. The petitioner was to surrender in the court below within six weeks and furnish bail bond but the petitioner could not surrender in the court below and furnish bail bond within the stipulated period. On the grounds mentioned in the modification application, the period of surrender of the petitioner in the court below is extended for a further period of two weeks from the date of receipt/production of copy of this order.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.11596 of 2016 (2) dt.09-03-2016 2/2 The order dated 04.09.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 21109 of 2015 is modified to the extent as indicated above. The modification application is, accordingly, disposed of.
