JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 13-09-2018 The present writ application has been filed for quashing of the order dated 21.01.2017, issued under the signature of the Respondent No.5, the Collector, Banka, as contained in Annexure-13, whereby, settlement with regard to Bousi Mela has been awarded ignoring the claim of the petitioner in violation of the guidelines stipulated in Memo No. 2053, dated 8th of September, 2002, issued under the signature

Patna High Court CWJC No.2898 of 2017(2) dt.13-09-2018 2/2 of Commissioner-cum -Secretary, Revenue and Land Reforms Department, Government of Bihar. Moreover, the order has been passed without following the parameters fixed by this Court in CWJC No. 17992/2009, vide order dated 11.01.2010 and in C.W.J.C. No.203 of 2013 disposed of on 09.01.2013. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that the settlement was made for fifteen days, hence, the present writ application has now become infuructuous. Accordingly, he seeks permission to withdraw the same with a liberty to raise the similar grievance in future, in case any grievance remains. Permission is accorded.

The writ application stands disposed of as withdrawn with the liberty aforementioned.
