2. The present petition has been preferred for the following relief(s):

"for commanding the respondents particularly Respondent Udya Nand Singh @ Bihariji to allot his share from his property to the petitioner being as a son.

This writ application is also being filed

Patna High Court CWJC No.12035 of 2025(2) dt.13-07-2026 2/2 for holding that the Respondent Udya Nand Singh @ Bihariji have altogether three sons and one daughter out of his two wives namely Nutan Jha and Putul Sinha, and as such the petitioner is entitled for 1/5 share of Respondent Udya Nand Singh."

3. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he shall be approaching the Title Court for the redressal of the grievance.

4. Learned State counsel has no objection to it.

5. Granting said liberty, the writ petition stands disposed of.
